role overview
this is a full-time, remote opportunity for a project & marketing manager who’s highly organized, analytical, and creative. In this role, you’ll work closely with our founders and marketing team to drive internal operations, manage performance marketing campaigns, and build systems that scale.
we’re specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in facebook ads and clickfunnels - someone who not only understands marketing but can also bring structure to our outreach, lead generation, and campaign reporting processes.
key responsibilities
marketing operations & campaign management
* manage and optimize facebook ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
* build and manage landing pages, funnels, and automation using clickfunnels or similar tools.
* collaborate on campaign strategy, audience targeting, and creative testing.
* coordinate between creative and ops teams to ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables.
project management & internal ops
* own timelines, project trackers, sops, and dashboards to keep initiatives on track.
* support client onboarding, deliverables, and internal team coordination.
* identify process inefficiencies and build systems to improve how we work.
* manage our tech stack (zoho crm, quickmail, airtable, launchcontrol, etc.) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
data & reporting
* monitor ad performance, lead flow, and conversion metrics; translate data into actionable insights.
* maintain clean data across platforms and ensure crms are up to date.
* assist with internal kpi tracking, financial reports, and executive dashboards.
skills & qualifications required
* 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing ops, or performance marketing.
* bachelor’s degree
* proven experience managing facebook ad campaigns and building sales funnels (clickfunnels or similar).
* strong organizational skills; you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
* experience with crm tools (zoho preferred), automation platforms, and marketing tools.
* analytical mindset—you enjoy diving into metrics and making data-driven decisions.
* strong communication skills. You’re clear, proactive, and able to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* tech-savvy and resourceful, you are able to figure things out independently, troubleshoot issues, and learn new tools quickly.
* a process-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems, building systems, and creating order out of chaos.
