Join to apply for the customer support specialist ii role at uber freight.

the shipping planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning the shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with loading and unloading times, as well as the correct application of the specific logistical criteria of each client. Your main objective will be to ensure an efficient, on-time operation aligned with established service standards.


key responsibilities

* plan shipments considering unit type, loading time, maximum departure time, and delivery window.
* apply customer-specific criteria for loading and unloading planning.
* know and use transit times between origin and destination points to optimize routes.
* maintain effective communication with operational areas, carriers, and customers.
* provide timely follow-up to shipments and resolve incidents in real time.
* ensure compliance with operational and safety guidelines.


basic requirements

* availability of schedule and flexibility to adapt to the needs of the operation.
* previous experience in national logistics, preferably in the retail delivery channel.
* excellent time management and organizational skills.
* clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
* fluency in english language (oral and written).


desirable requirements

* strong knowledge in logistics and transportation.
* proficiency in office tools (excel, outlook, word).
* familiarity with logistics management systems (tms, erp) is a plus.
