*position description*|*:*title : nao ergonomics and health, safety & environment coordinator*:reports to : health, safety & environment and ergonomics seating nao director*description*:our *seating nao division* is looking for a divisional ergonomics and health, safety & environment manager to be based at *puebla*.the role of a divisional ergonomic&hse coordinator is to define and implement ergonomic methods at theproduct and process within the perimeter and contribute to systematic integration of ergonomics and hse rightfrom the beginning of product and means developments.the person also, with support of the hse&e division director, guarantees the respect and the enforcement of our faurecia hse policy within the division.the main missions of the role are to:- implement the hse seating policy & seating hse & ergonomic manual within the division he/ she is incharge of.- manage the ergonomic network of the division.- train and coach the ergo site pilots and correspondents to the ergonomics methods developed by thebusiness group.- ensure that knowledge in ergonomics is spread out.- provide technical support to the sites and new programs.- make sure that ergonomics and hse recommendations are applied within the pms (program management system), validate the hse&ergo workpackages and participate in the gate reviews meetings.- ensure the follow-up and monthly reporting of indicators he/she consolidates.- establish a surveillance program about the progress made in the action plans.- analyze the results of the division and suggest improvements.- ensure that ergonomic golden rules and ergo memorandum are respected.- ensure in collaboration with the design departments as well as research and development, that ergonomic constraints are taken into account during the product development phases.- collect and share ergonomic best practices.- actively participate in the group's hse network and in the development of the hse policy atthe business group level- support the root cause analysis performed at site level regarding any musklesqueletical disorder or occupational illness, and assure that the case leason learned are deployed thrue the entire division.- ensure that all workers compensation cases and cost are managed correctly thue it's end.
*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree with a specialisation in health, safety & environment- minimum 3 years experience in a plant- legal training on ergonomics- established skills in erginomic methods: rula, reba, niosh, effort assessment- established skills in hse methods : 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, iso 14001, oshas 18000- international mindset- relevant expertise according to the technologies of the division- minimum bi-lingual (english required)location : pueblaschedule : full-timetravel : yes, 50% of the time
