Job summary:
we are seeking an experienced hr operations coordinator to support our team in various administrative tasks.
* key responsibilities:
o provide administrative assistance in onboarding/offboarding, contract management, and employee records
o manage attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related issues
o maintain compliance with labor laws, including mexican federal labor law (lft)
o coordinate employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day support
* requirements:
o bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, or related field
o 1-2 years of experience in hr/administrative/office operations roles
o basic knowledge of the mexican federal labor law (lft)
o strong organizational skills and attention to detail
o proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
