world renowned cellular performance institute looking for an executive assistant. The cellular performance institute is the official hospital of the ufc. We are located in playas de tijuana, and looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our co-ceo. The assistant will be responsible for managing daily operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient workflow within the executive office. We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the ufc, nfl, mlb, high-profile actors, and anyone with an interest in bettering their health prospects.
responsibilities
* organize and oversee scheduling.
* meticulously document tasks, and monitor action items for timely completion.
* set up spreadsheets for data tracking.
* be knowledgeable of hospital operations to interface with vendors in the co-ceo’s absence.
* conduct research and provide decision-making analysis.
* handle confidential information with discretion.
* assist in the execution of organizational initiatives.
* represent the co-ceos in meetings and events as needed.
* build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and board members.
* take notes during meetings and be able to retrieve information for future use.
* be a strategic thinking partner for the co-ceos.
* ability to hold others accountable to their commitments and responsibilities.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or related fields like psychology or other leadership-relevant curriculums.
* minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
* top-tier organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
* english and spanish proficiency written and spoken.
* proficiency in g-suite and other relevant software.
* experience in corporate or startup environments.
