* develop and execute internal communication strategies for the procurement team.
* assist in managing change initiatives across the americas region.
* help foster engagement and collaboration among stakeholders.
* participate in regular team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
* assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for site procurement teams.
what you will bring
* currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite, especially powerpoint and word.
* familiarity with collaboration tools like sharepoint, teams, or canva is a plus.
* fluency in english; portuguese is a plus.
* interest in procurement and change management.
