Qualificationsbachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a master's degree with related experience.2–3 years of experience in assembly field in a plant or as an assembly equipment project manager at an automotive tier-1 supplier, or equivalent for recent graduates with internship/trainee experience.knowledge of mechanics, automation, robotics, plastic materials, lighting and lean manufacturing (layout, flows, manpower).good command of english.good understanding of hse / ergonomics and ability to apply these standards.responsibilitiesfollow up the design and realization of assembly equipment (serial or prototyping) according to customer requirements, project specifications (costs, timing, quality), assembly standards/best practices and hse/ergonomics requirements.ensure proper equipment handover to the plant, including performance convergence and training for the plant team.participate in technical knowledge improvement of assembly technologies and lessons learned for projects under responsibility.work on optimap/optipro packages (ergonomics/hse, cycle time, equipment oee).follow hse and ergonomics standards and rules.participate in the conception of the assembly process and equipment with epm, mpm and extended team.ensure design for manufacturing/tdr, and take part in readiness reviews on industrial process topics.participate in pfmea workshops, ensuring functional specifications include all prevention controls identified.ensure that technical choices match expectations on safety, environment, cost, quality, efficiency, and timing.ensure machines comply with local regulations and opmobility standards.bring knowledge to the project team (process parameters, risk assessment, validation plans) and ensure escalation in case of deviation.participate in lean manufacturing workshops (rft).follow up the design and realization of assembly equipment, including:realize functional specifications regarding project elements and divisional standard elements.validate equipment study, including supervision of fmea, ergonomics study and choice of possible solutions.update/adapt former feasibility study and technical choices if needed (perimeter changes).validate equipment in supplier workshop, fine-tune in the plant and ensure smooth transfer to plant team.ensure tuning follows instructions from epm/mpm, converging to product conformity.validate necessary documentation for each equipment.analyse results of action plans, validation plans and risk plans.participate in capability validation for each equipment.participate in lessons-learned activities, productivity projects led in the assembly department.complianceduring those activities, the job holder must apply an integrated management system (quality, environment, and safety).responsible for ensuring parts destruction complies with local rules.equal opportunity statementopmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and commits to treating all job applications equally.#j-*-ljbffr
