What you’ll do
as a marketing communications specialist within eaton’s electrical sector americas central marketing communications (marcom), you will be an integral member of a cross‑functional agile team focused on delivering high‑impact marketing solutions. Whether your focus is on product or demand generation marcom, you will collaborate with product owners, internal and external designers, analysts and other content developers to iteratively build, test and refine marketing communications that drive business outcomes.
this role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment and is passionate about delivering customer‑centric marketing experiences. The successful candidate is comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, has outstanding project management skills and possesses knowledge of digital and traditional marketing communications and brand management.
job responsibilities
* collaborate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
* translate user stories into actionable tasks and deliverables that support product launches, demand generation campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
* develop creative briefs and iterate on marketing deliverables such as web pages, product collaterals and campaign assets using tools like adobe experience manager (aem), canva and workfront.
* manage revisions and approvals with stakeholders using the content marketing platform, workfront.
* coordinate product coordination to ensure accuracy and quality of creative briefs and on‑time delivery to project timelines.
* optimize eaton.com pages with seo‑friendly content, resized imagery and performance tracking via powerbi and looker studio dashboards.
* support integrated marketing campaigns through content creation and coordination of asset development for lead generation, nurturing, social media, advertising and events.
* ensure brand consistency by applying eaton’s brand standards and voice across all communications.
* contribute to sprint goals by actioning prioritized tasks within the backlog, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
* participate in backlog refinement and help detail specific deliverable requirements with product owners and stakeholders.
* monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics dashboards to inform future iterations and improvements.
* support team operations including continuous improvement efforts, process advocacy and asset archiving.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
* minimum three years’ experience in b‑to‑b marketing, digital marketing or communications. Experience working in agile or scrum environments preferred.
* advanced english communication skills, both written and verbal.
* foundational knowledge of adobe creative suite (illustrator, indesign, photoshop, etc.) or similar.
* experience with marketing technology platforms such as adobe workfront, adobe experience manager (aem), eloqua and seismic.
* strong understanding of digital marketing, seo, analytics and integrated campaigns.
* ability to interpret and communicate technical information effectively.
