Operations manager

The operations manager leads the launch and long-term success of the company's new production facility in queretaro. The plant is currently in the early stages equipment installation. Over the next several years it will move through prototype, ppap, and full rate production with strong year over year growth. This person will build the leadership team, strengthen capability, and ensure the operation safely produces high-quality parts on time and at the right cost.
