Job summary
responsibilities:
1. design and develop digital learning modules, videos, microlearning, and blended learning experiences for global leadership programs.
2. apply adult learning principles and modern instructional frameworks to create high‑impact learning solutions.
3. translate complex leadership concepts into simple, intuitive, and engaging learning content.
4. create assessments, knowledge checks, case‑based scenarios, and practice activities aligned to program outcomes.
5. design high‑quality visual assets, infographics, and communication materials that support leadership learning programs.
6. build visually compelling slide decks, job aids, toolkits, and facilitator guides.
7. ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all learning and communication assets.
8. use generative ai tools to accelerate content creation: including scripts, scenarios, templates, visual assets, and instructional drafts.
9. create ai‑generated storyboards, graphics, practice scenarios, and personalized learning elements.
10. experiment with and recommend ai tools that enhance learner engagement, productivity, and scalability.
11. develop digital content using authoring tools such as articulate storyline/rise, adobe creative suite, vyond, canva, etc
12. collaborate with multimedia teams for video, animation, and motion graphic assets.
13. ensure accessibility standards, tech specs are integrated into all learning outputs.
14. create assessment methods that measure learning outcomes and leadership capability growth.
15. review learner analytics and feedback to refine content and enhance learning experiences.
16. partner with program managers to align content with leadership competencies and strategic priorities.
17. work closely with hrbps, leadership development program owners, and smes to co‑create relevant learning solutions.
18. manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast‑paced global environment.
19. communicate clearly and professionally with global stakeholders, demonstrating strong written and verbal english proficiency.
qualifications:
20. ba/bs /mbaor equivalent work experience
21. solid experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning development.
22. strong graphic design capabilities; proficiency in adobe illustrator, photoshop, indesign, canva, or similar.
23. experience using ai tools for content generation, visual design, scenario creation, and workflow acceleration.
24. proficiency with learning authoring tools (articulate storyline/rise, evolve, captivate, etc.).
25. strong english communication skills - written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
26. experience designing for global leadership or professional development programs preferred.
27. ability to simplify complex topics into clear learning experiences.
28. comfortable working in an agile, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
29. preferred skills:
30. experience in leadership development content or competency‑based learning.
31. knowledge of learning analytics, data interpretation, and experience using lms/lxp platforms.
32. understanding of user experience (ux) design principles.
33. ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
34. creative mindset with a curiosity for emerging digital and ai technologies.
35. availability to work under ist working hours to support global stakeholders and project timelines.
