**We are looking for qualified freelance trainers**:
- ** Indonesian expert**
- Native-level fluency in **Japanese**or higher proficiency (at least C1 if non-native - ability to deliver the training in French)
- **Intercultural knowledge** on the following areas: understanding Indonesian companies, business culture, working practices and communication styles in Indonesia
- Previous intercultural training experience is ideal,
- Professional, able to work cohesively, and able to think quickly
- Flexibility in schedule
