the marketing operations analyst supports channel, partner, and commercial marketing operations in mexico by enabling disciplined execution of approved marketing and commercial initiatives. key responsibilities
commercial & customer request support
* provide end‑to‑end coordination and support for approved customer and commercial requests. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution, clear communication, and appropriate follow‑up. Track progress and support issue resolution to maintain execution discipline.
product & equipment operations support
* support and coordinate the management of depuy synthes systems equipment within defined templates. Assist with equipment adjustments, version modifications, substitution sourcing, set creation, and related documentation and communications. Coordinate equipment movements and updates in alignment with planning and delivery teams to support portfolio optimization and patient safety.
capex execution support
* prepare capex documentation and capital acquisition request (acars) submissions following alignment with platform leaders and key stakeholders. Support basic financial modeling and data consolidation related to capital investment requests.
product portfolio & pricing support
* support product portfolio activities, including activation and creation of product codes to complement the commercial offering. Coordinate submission of promotional materials in alignment with internal review processes. Support pricing setup requests for new technologies in collaboration with relevant teams.
events, training & sample coordination
* support planning, execution, and coordination of portfolio‑related events, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational requirements. Execute and support commercial training to help the field organization understand products, strategies, and value propositions. Coordinate and manage sample inventory for training, product showcases, and bid and tender processes.
qualifications
* education: bachelor’s degree required; focus in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
* experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, commercial operations, or a related business function.
* skills: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic analytical skills with experience compiling data and preparing reports. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and external partners. Proficiency with standard office and marketing tools (presentations, spreadsheets, digital platforms).
* preferred: exposure to channel, partner, or distributor marketing models. Experience supporting marketing campaigns or commercial initiatives. Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries. Experience coordinating with sales teams or external partners.
* languages: spanish required; english proficiency preferred.
* travel: up to 10–20% domestic travel, as needed.
