isc lead role in npi program, dfx deployment for npis, engineering support to global manufacturing lines, support/ drive localization, cost productivity, yield management, biq deployment, ecn/eco implementation management
responsabilities:
- deploy dfx (design for manufacturability, assembly, testing, cost etc.) guidelines for npi program,
- provide technical support to all global manufacturing lines,
- support/ drive localization activities, cost productivity
- maintain yield at acceptable level for all the manufacturing lines
- manage ecn/eco implementation
- analyze data, charts & graphs, use six sigma tools
- identify & support development of jigs, fixtures & machine requirements.
- lead a team of engineers
- ability to engage different functions like engineering, procurement, manufacturing etc. to drive projects.
ability to lead cft meetings.
you must have
- strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- experience in cost & quality improvement projects.
- awareness of different quality standards.
- sound knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.
- experience in product performance, prototyping & testing.
- exposure/experience to working in a global engineering team environment
- team player, flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business & task/project priorities
