what we're looking for
bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
7–10 years of b2b field sales experience with a proven track record of success.
expertise in selling complex technology solutions or industrial products.
strong experience in power transformers.
strong consultative selling skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‐building skills.
self‐motivated, results‐driven, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
proficiency in crm tools (e.g., salesforce) and microsoft office suite.
willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
fluency in english; additional languages are a plus.
