key responsibilities:

operations & execution:
regularly visit stores to ensure operational excellence. Coordinate promotional and sales activities with marketing teams. Oversee effective planning and execution of new store openings. Foster strong relationships with wholesale customers and franchise partners.
stock management: monitor stock availability through regular stocktakes and align with sales goals. Train teams on top sellers, new stock, basics, and strategies to optimize inventory turnover.
people & talent development: develop internal talent and promote a high-performance culture through coaching and motivation. Provide regular feedback and training to empower teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Lead by example, inspiring passion for the product and brand. Ensure flawless execution of marketing plans and visual merchandising standards. Train store teams on effective visual merchandising maintenance and share best practices with the visual merchandising team.
