the ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, a proven channel sales track record, and a deep understanding of the industrial safety sector.in this role, you will:build a-safe credibility, brand value and trust with partners.identify new areas for growth; propose and manage programs and initiatives accordingly.create, implement, and execute a strategic sales plan for growing revenue through partners.take overall responsibility to recruit, develop and manage new and existing channel partners.qualify new partnership opportunities and facilitate partner onboarding and enablement requirements.the ideal candidate will have:3+ years of experience as an account managerexperience in managing large scale relationshipsproven experience in executing & onboarding new partnersability to plan, execute and monitor comprehensive business plansproven ability to enable, grow & manage multiple channel partners while paying strict attention to detailsexperience in industrial manufacturing & dcsexcellent communication and negotiation skillscompensation:exact compensation is dependent on circumstance of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
