as we continue to expand, we're looking for a full-time project lead to join our team and oversee the day-to-day pipeline of client projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys bringing structure, organization, and momentum to complex marketing initiatives.
what you'll be doing
you'll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of multiple client projects, ensuring timelines are met, teams stay aligned, and deliverables meet client expectations. This role sits at the center of our internal operations, coordinating efforts across design, content, strategy, and paid media teams while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
the ideal candidate has:
* 3-5 years of project management experience
* 1-2 years of marketing agency experience ( some e-commerce experience is preferred).
* a strong understanding of marketing workflows, including content creation, paid media, seo, and creative production.
* proficiency in project management tools, especially asana.
* excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* a problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
key responsibilities
1. Project planning & execution (50% of your time)
* develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* break down projects into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities across teams.
* ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.
* proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
* monitor progress, making adjustments to plans as needed to stay on track.
2. Team coordination & communication (30% of your time)
* serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients.
* facilitate regular check-ins, stand-ups, and progress meetings.
* ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments (design, content, strategy, etc.).
* provide clear direction and ensure team members understand priorities and deadlines.
* foster a positive, productive environment and help remove any obstacles.
3. Performance monitoring & reporting (20% of your time)
* track project performance, including key metrics like timeline adherence, budget management, and client satisfaction.
* prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients.
* analyze project data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and processes.
* contribute to refining workflows and improving project management methodologies.
salary
the starting salary for this position is between $3000 and $3500 usd per month, depending on experience.
