a snapshot of your day

as the head portfolio director for advanced inspection services, you will own the end-to-end portfolio strategy with full p&l accountability. Your day will balance strategic market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with product development, marketing, and commercial teams. You will focus on driving profitable growth, ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, customer-centric, and effectively executed from concept through commercialization.

• own and optimize the advanced inspection services portfolio p&l, driving revenue growth, profitability, and roi.
• analyze market opportunities, industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer buying behavior to identify growth levers.
• define and execute portfolio, pricing, and commercialization strategies that maximize customer and business value.
• partner cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and marketing to embed customer needs into product design and positioning.
• lead new product and service launches, as well as the ongoing expansion and enhancement of the existing portfolio.
• monitor portfolio performance and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings and deliver short- to mid-term business results

• proven experience managing product or service portfolios with full p&l responsibility.
