As Learning specialist in TD&Learning; section of the global business Centre, you will play a key role collaborating with the Center Of expertise to create digital and multimedia engaging content that aids in the comprehension, retention and application of information, enhancing the appeal, impact and effectiveness of learning materials.

This could includes designing infographics, presentations, e-learning modules, on the job aids, videos, audios, gamification and other educational resources ensure that all learning materials are consistent with the organization's branding and visual standards.

Ensuring that all learning materials are accurate, consistent, and adhere to the organization's branding guidelines.

This includes maintaining the quality of design and content; Rapidly developing learning content to meet the needs of a competitive global marketplace.

This involves using agile learning design (ADL) and rapid content development (RCD) techniques to prioritize speed, flexibility, and collaboration; Creating user-centered designs that are intuitive, enhance the overall learning experience and support the learning transfer and application.

This involves identify and suggest learning opportunities trough partnering with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

- Develop digital learning content (guides, videos, web pages, eLearning, quizzes, gamification, on the job aid and other digital learning solution) through independent research or by interviewing internal subject matter experts or a combination of both.
- Helps manage and deliver learning content, track learner progress, and facilitate communication in Learning Management Systems (LMS) of My Success (SAP).

- Use various authoring tools (e.g. Storyline) to rapidly build enjoyable, positive, interactive and engaging digital learning experiences.
- Manage storyboards, scripts and graphics associated with digital learning content to identify learning opportunities and suggest recommendations to produce impactfull learning solutions.
- Design and develop live virtual learning and classroom materials (slide decks, learner resources and facilitator guides) based on content provided by the wider Learning team.
- Present insights of learning materials to evaluate the effectiveness and the experience of the learner with the solution.

Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor Degree in Computer System, Informatic, etc.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS).
- Learning Experience Platform.
- My Success Factor Knowledge.
- Experience with E - learning creation
- English - Advance.
