What will you do?
* support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
* screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
* support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs)
* ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
* monitor recruitment kpis (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
* collaborate closely with hrbp, hiring managers, and talent acquisition teams.

* availability to work part-time/full-time as per internship requirements.
* interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hr.
* basic knowledge of hr concepts is a plus.
* microsoft office proficiency (excel, powerpoint preferred).
* strong communication skills
* availability to work 100% onsite.
* availability to work from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
* graduation date mid-2027.
