Responsible for ensuring that HR objectives are met through the correct application of established policies, procedures, and systems.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the efforts of the staff under their supervision to achieve objectives and goals.
* Manage and ensure the monitoring of departmental KPIs such as Turnover and Absenteeism.
* Maintain staffing levels within the authorized range, as well as track personnel changes.
* Control the department's budget to ensure the provision of various employee services.
* Maintain a healthy, active, and consistent relationship with the company, the union, and other stakeholders.
* Represent the company in external activities with the community, government, private institutions, and associations.
* Coordinate and schedule events that promote integration among all staff, both hourly and salaried.
* Ensure compliance with applicable rules and policies.
* Ensure that services such as transportation and the cafeteria are available and operating in optimal condition for employee use.
* Ensure accurate and timely payment to all company personnel.
* Develop training plans and programs for staff development.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Superintendent.
* 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
* Knowledge of IATF 16949.
* Motivation and recognition systems.
* Knowledge of labor laws and IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute).
* Knowledge of NOM 035 (Mexican Official Standard 035).
