Position summary: as our business development representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion beyond direct‑to‑consumer channels. You’ll identify and secure strategic partnerships, pitch to retailers and collaborators, develop b2b opportunities, and help grow our presence in retail, wellness, and spiritual spaces. Qualifications & hard skills 3‑5 years in business development, sales, or wholesale (preferably in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries). Proven success managing and growing a business pipeline. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a creative pitching style. Familiarity with brand storytelling and value‑based sales approaches. Existing relationships with buyers or marketplaces are a major plus. Upper‑intermediate english level required (written & spoken). Passion or appreciation for spirituality, wellness, or ritual‑based products. Crm and lead tracking tools (e.g., hubspot, salesforce). Data‑driven sales strategy and reporting. Event/vendor coordination and logistics. Proficiency in deck creation and pricing proposal. Responsibilities identify and close retail & wholesale partnerships (e.g., metaphysical stores, apothecaries, national boutiques). Pitch the brand to subscription boxes, corporate gifting platforms & hospitality accounts. Build strategic collaborations with influencers, creators & aligned brands. Lead private label and b2b proposals (spas, hotels, yoga/wellness studios). Research & organize event/popup opportunities including expos & trade shows. Maintain crm or lead tracking and report pipeline progress. Assist with line sheets, pricing proposals, decks & sample kits. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align timelines & needs. Main tools microsoft workspace: outlook, docs, sheets, slides, and drive. Microsoft office: word, excel.
