with a strategic mindset, solid end-to-end recruiting experience, and the ability to attract highly specialized software engineering talent.
what you’ll do:
act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, offering insights and guidance.
leverage market intelligence tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
drive agile, inclusive, and high-quality recruiting processes.
represent the employer brand in every interaction with candidates.
what we’re looking for:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
deep understanding of the tech talent market (software engineering, it, etc.).
strong communication skills, influence, and collaborative spirit.
strategic mindset, passion for continuous improvement and candidate experience.
english fluency – c1 level (you’ll be working with u.s.-based stakeholders).
