This role consolidates critical information, generates actionable insights, manages the organizational data lake, and ensures alignment of data platforms with strategic goals.key responsibilitiesmanage and maintain the data lake as a single source of truth for transformation projects.ensure timely and accurate data loading with project owners, following established standards.monitor data governance processes and uphold data integrity across platforms.measure and report the performance of pods and cross-functional teams.support it, data, and hr teams with analytical resources and technical insight.provide validated insights and analytics to the portfolio lead for strategic decisions.foster strong internal relationships to enforce organization-wide data consistency.define and execute the roadmap for performance tracking and tactical initiatives.establish and maintain governance policies aligned with organizational standards.guarantee structured documentation of transformation projects.standardize reporting methodologies to ensure clarity, efficiency, and strategic alignment.requirementseducation:bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related fields.preferred: postgraduate studies in data analysis, project management, or digital transformation.experience:7+ years in data analytics, performance tracking, or governance in digital transformation contexts.proficient in power bi, tableau, sql, python, or similar tools.experience managing data lakes, data quality assurance, and agile methodologies.skills & competencies:strategic thinking and ability to turn data into executive-level insights.proficiency in kpis, dashboards, and visualization tools.strong interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.proactive, results-oriented, leadership and critical thinking.advanced english preferred.
