* monthly report for damage collection (when applicable).
* provision for damages (where applicable).
* settlement of damages with customer and carriers.
* preparation and performance of audits.
* support all areas.
* kpi management
* coordinate the documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.
* communicate the results of quality inspections to the supervisor and propose actions to improve performance.
* foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence.
* lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the quality and efficiency of processes.
* supervise and coordinate the activities of the team of quality inspectors.
* update and validate work instructions.
* resolve quality-related conflicts in an effective and timely manner.
job requirements
education: industrial engineering, business management or end. Desirable graduate.
knowledge: basic management of the office package, personnel management, iso 9001 (essential), aiag/iatf, fmea, msa, cp, sap, kpi, standard and automatic vehicle management (valid license)
experience: 2 years minimum in management of quality systems/coordination and/or logistics planning, customer service and personnel in charge.
language: intermediate english.
