The it business analyst specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements within the ppm system. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, conducting impact analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications. The specialist will also be responsible for user support, training, and documentation, ensuring that all users can effectively utilize the system.
key responsibilities
* knowledge and experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with
business processes
* understanding of how it effects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business
processes
* technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available
* user support and training: provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the ppm system. Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to enhance user proficiency and system adoption. Create and maintain user documentation, including user guides and faqs.
* stakeholder engagement: foster strong relationships with users to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
qualifications
* minimum of 5 years of it or a related discipline experience
* project management processes knowledge
* experience in coordinating vendor-related activities, including system updates, enhancements, and support services, to ensure seamless integration with organizational processes
* technical skills to support minor user requests such as ad-hoc reports, data extraction, power bi, etc.
