responsibilities
* product strategy: develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs.

* user experience optimization: advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements.
* product launch: lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities, preparing go‑to‑production plans, and ensuring smooth execution.
* performance monitoring: establish key performance indicators (kpis) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
* continuous improvement: drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics.
* team collaboration: collaborate with product management peers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* customer advocacy: act as a passionate customer advocate, representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives.
* risk management: proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance.
* thought leadership: stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and knowledge with the broader organization.
* business impact: drive measurable business impact through product innovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion.

qualifications
* education: bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
* preferred certification(s): any relevant it certification.
* experience: 5+ years of relevant and practical experience.
* methodology: strong knowledge of agile product & waterfall methodology.
* tools: proficiency in project management tools (clarity, ms projects, jira, etc.).
* development: understanding of software/product development lifecycle.
* communication: effective communication, able to present to senior leadership.
* decision‑making: value‑based decision‑making.
* problem‑solving: analytical skills for diagnosing and solving issues.
* organization: managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling responsibilities.
