job description summary
responsible for the organization's system integrity, including master data, inventory, shipping, and receiving. Analyzes, identifies, and problem-solves data integrity issues. Works with other scm areas to identify, analyze, and develop system-improvement opportunities. Monitors and audits adherence to local and global procedures. Monitors and audits system usage and business process adherence. Investigates and incorporates industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to develop optimal supply chain system integrity. Responsible for supervision, training, and development of the data integrity team.
job responsibilities
* monitor data integrity using reports and transactions to validate daily performance; provide root cause analysis for incorrect data.
* lead and execute the api process.
* ensure compliance with global scm data integrity policies, procedures, and practices to improve overall performance.
* conduct quarterly scm audits and develop action plans for non-conformities.
* prepare and distribute operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
* create and follow the cycle count schedule; analyze root causes of discrepancies.
* maintain system and business process integrity related to inventory and master data management.
* lead year-end budgeting processes.
* manage month-end closing procedures.
* present mmog.
* ensure sox compliance.
* follow safe practices.
* supervise, coordinate, train, support, and collaborate within scm and other functions such as procurement and finance to establish and maintain documented standards.
* perform other assigned tasks.
required skills and education
degree in industrial engineering or logistics. Skills in decision-making under pressure, planning, organization, information analysis, team management, self-management, and drive.
advanced excel knowledge and experience (essential), sox audit experience, problem analysis, annual inventories, cycle counts, etc.
