We are hiring for one of our clients in the digital asset payment industry in singapore.
what you'll do
* own the full compliance program: policies, monitoring, surveillance, conflicts, best execution, client asset rules, etc.
* advise on fund launches, offering documents, investor suitability, valuations, and marketing rules.
* handle all mas reporting, inspections, licensing changes, and senior appointments.
* work with product and tech teams to build compliant systems and controls.
* lead or support hong kong sfc licensing (type 1/4/9) and ongoing compliance.
* run training programs and drive a strong compliance culture.
you need
* 7+ years in investment/fund-management compliance at a fintech, broker, asset manager, or exchange.
* strong grasp of singapore's sfa, faa, cis code, custody rules, and tech/outsourcing guidelines.
* experience with tokenized assets or carbon credits is a bonus.
* comfortable in agile, tech-driven environments.
* hong kong sfc experience is highly valued.
* relevant certifications (cmfas, acams, cfa, etc.) are a plus.
