About our client our client is an ai‑assisted organic search agency dedicated to helping brands drive more revenue, specialized in search engine optimization. About the role we are currently seeking an account manager with seo experience, who will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of seo campaigns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of seo, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities new client onboarding welcome new clients via email and provide a warm introduction to the company. Schedule and conduct kick off calls to understand client needs and goals. Ensure the technical team has access to all necessary resources to begin the seo campaign and strategy. Build and maintain client dashboards using tools like seranking and google sheets. Review and present the strategy document to clients for approval. Daily tasks maintain regular communication (twice a week at minimum) and correspondence with clients. Respond promptly to client emails. Send meeting agendas ahead of time and follow‑up notes post‑meetings. Notify clients when seo content or backlinks have been published. Highlight client wins, including newly acquired keywords, upward keyword movements, 1st position keywords, and new featured snippets. Work with client pods (seo specialists, editors, writers) to ensure work is being completed. Review work before it gets sent to the client. Monthly reporting prepare for and conduct monthly client reporting meetings. Discuss any outstanding issues or items with the technical seo team. Review action items completed during the last month and update the client dashboard with relevant metrics from seranking, google analytics, google search console, and ahrefs. Track organic leads from website forms, website calls, or gmb calls. Log new tasks into asana after client meetings and ensure the technical team is aware of upcoming priorities. Project management tasks develop and manage project timelines to ensure on‑time delivery of seo campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes in scope or client requests. Conduct regular check‑ins with the technical team to track progress and address any roadblocks. Facilitate project meetings and update stakeholders on project status. Ensure all project documentation is up‑to‑date and accessible to relevant team members. Implement best practices for project management to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Skills bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, strong preference for seo. Strong understanding of seo principles and tools (seranking, google analytics, google search console, ahrefs). Experience in industries like ecommerce, b2c software and local seo. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
