role purpose
ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes for value‐added hcs‐related products at harting mexico manufacturing, driving continuous improvement in quality, methods, and audit performance.
key responsibilities
* plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes.
* implement continuous improvement programs (lean, six sigma).
* prepare pfmea, control plans, and work instructions.
* select machinery and tooling suppliers for new production lines.
* analyze products/processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* lead automation projects and line balancing.
* collaborate with cross‐functional teams for corrective and preventive actions.
* comply with quality policies and objectives (iso 9000, iatf 16949).
requirements
* degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing (electronics/cable).
* advanced english.
* knowledge of electrical connectors, pneumatics, sap, coretools.
* certification or experience in lean manufacturing and/or six sigma.
* automotive industry experience preferred.
