We are seeking an experienced, well‐connected, and highly organized recruiter to take full ownership of end‐to‐end hiring for call centre roles within dynamic organizations based in mexico. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing recruitment projects, building strong talent pipelines specific to call centre functions, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires efficiently while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

key responsibilities
* lead comprehensive candidate sourcing using job boards, internal databases, social sourcing, networking, targeted outreach, and market mapping specifically for call centre roles
* screen cvs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess credentials, cultural fit, language proficiency (especially spanish), and technical capabilities relevant to customer service and call centre functions
* provide hiring stakeholders with market insights, talent pipeline status, salary benchmarking, and actionable recommendations aligned with call centre hiring needs in mexico
* manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer extension and onboarding coordination ensuring efficient candidate movement
* ensure full compliance with hiring policies and local employment laws in mexico as well as applicable global jurisdictions, where relevant
* negotiate and close offers professionally, including handling counter-offers and managing candidate expectations effectively
* screen candidates for availability, work authorization, compensation expectations, relocation needs (if applicable), and role suitability
* maintain accurate recruitment records in ats systems and produce regular recruitment metrics and reports
* drive an outstanding candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication throughout the hiring process
* bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 2+ years of end‐to‐end recruitment experience;
* strong experience recruiting for call centre or customer service roles in mexico or similar markets
* excellent interviewing skills with capability to assess behavioral traits, communication skills, and cultural fit
* knowledge of hr practices and employment law relevant to recruitment in mexico
* fluency in spanish, strong proficiency in english for collaboration with international stakeholders
* excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* self-driven individual with a proactive "get things done" approach, able to excel in a fast-paced environment
preferred qualifications
* deep knowledge of the mexico call centre talent market and salary trends
* experience with major ats platforms (e.g., workday, greenhouse, lever) and sourcing tools
* relevant professional certifications (e.g., shrm, cipd) or formal recruitment training
* experience managing recruitment across multiple geographies and time zones
