the lifecycle marketing department at vix is looking for a martech director to join our team!
As the martech director, crm & data you will be responsible for developing our crm martech strategy and implementation, ranging from attribution to segmentation to personalization. This position works cross-functionally to understand business and insights needs, translate those needs into data enablers and advocate needed changes with leadership, product, tech, marketing teams and vendors.
The position reports to the svp, marketing, customer lifecycle & personalization.
About you:
you are a strategic thinker, analytical and adept at problem solving. You have a solid track record driving crm projects to completion, resulting in significant business impact for marketing.
Your day-day:
- develop the vision and execution of technology platforms and integrations that directly enable the crm program roadmap
- effectively balance business requirements with strategic initiatives, provide leadership, and manage the execution for the crm martech stack
- monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and programs across the entire lifecycle of the funnel
- advise on systems integrations between channels for data & campaign bidirectionality across complex martech stacks, crms, & api infrastructure
- provide day to day expertise and technical support for key crm platforms and integrations
- understand data trends and identify future data/crm martech needs while ensuring future proofing
- partner closely with the other data teams to define business requirements needed for advanced reporting and analytics
- optimize our marketing data map to drive personalization
- ensure raw data is available for use through building tagging taxonomy, proper attribution and enabling new reporting/analytics
you have:
- 6+ years of experience in a crm, martech and/or data/product management role
- ba/bs required
- demonstrated ability to understand financial and business impacts of crm, including new capabilities, segments and personalization recommendations and effectively present and garner buy in for complex ideas across all levels including senior leadership
- ability to manage varying priorities, work cooperatively, influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a very fast paced environment
- positive attitude, strongly motivated and passion for strong teamwork
- high level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to stay focused on business goals and communicate analytics insights to all levels of the organization, including leadership level
- impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
