Role overview we’re seeking a latin america-based high-performingaccount manager / customer success representativeto scale the vendor experience and build white-glove relationships with clients. This role is instrumental in owning post-sale success, ensuring long-term client happiness, and identifying growth and referral opportunities across an expanding network of clients and connectors. You will be the key custodian of the client experience—building trust, capturing feedback, anticipating issues, and driving value for every vendor you support.
