key responsibilities
* supervise daily retail asset protection activities for all stores across mexico
* collaborate with various departments, including retail operations, digital, information security, legal, hr, finance, and global audit, to ensure program alignment and compliance with relevant policies
* develop strategic plans that support the achievement of inventory shrink targets and improve internal and external safety and loss prevention metrics
* manage investigation programs and processes at both tactical and operational levels, covering fraud, theft, organized retail crime (orc), workplace violence, and safety investigations
* analyze incident data to identify trends, margin erosion, control gaps, and root causes; develop corrective action plans to address issues systematically
the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have experience in risk management and investigative work.
