you must have
- bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, or engineering
- experience in cloud operations or a related field
- working knowledge of cloud platforms such as aws, azure, or google cloud
- experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools working knowledge of service now or any itsm processes and tools
