We’re looking for a business analyst, senior to translate internal and customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications—designing effective solutions to meet business needs and improve the customer experience.
*what you will be doing*:
- partner with internal teams, product managers, developers, and customers to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- write clear requirements with scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria; prioritize and validate features across multiple teams.
- design solutions for complex problems and validate product functionality at the end of development cycles.
- lead sprint review demos, present finished work to customers, and identify new scope based on feedback.
- support 1-3 scrum teams by managing project plans, timelines, and scope changes; negotiate priorities with product management.
- mentor team members and foster collaboration across teams.
*what you will likely bring*:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst and/or product owner.
- strong background in enhancements and sustainment processes.
- proven ability to work independently and lead through influence.
- excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- strategic thinker with a customer-oriented mindset.
- experience mentoring others and navigating cross-functional teams.
- fluent in english (written and spoken).
