a high-volume u.s. immigration law firm receiving 5,000+ inbound inquiries per month is seeking an experienced head of sales to lead, structure, and scale its sales and intake operation.
this role owns the entire lead-to-client conversion process, ensuring every inquiry is contacted, qualified, scheduled, and converted into retained clients while maintaining full compliance with legal and ethical standards.
key responsibilities
• lead firmwide sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets
• supervise 4 intake managers and 2 sales paralegals
• ensure rapid response and consistent follow-up for all inbound leads (calls, forms, chats, referrals)
• improve consultation booking, show rates, and retainer conversions
• establish kpis and accountability across the intake and sales team
• optimize crm usage, scripts, workflows, and reporting systems
• monitor pipeline metrics and resolve bottlenecks
• collaborate with legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant communication
• conduct coaching, call reviews, and performance evaluations
qualifications
• experience leading sales, intake, or call center teams (immigration or legal services preferred)
• background working with high-volume inbound leads (1,000+ per month; 5,000+ ideal)
• strong understanding of crm systems (hubspot, kommo, salesforce, or similar)
• data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and process improvement
• ability to build structure, accountability, and performance in teams
• knowledge of u.s. immigration case types is a strong plus
