Overview we are seeking a dedicated controls engineer to perform l1 commissioning in the field at various customer sites throughout the east coast. This role involves remote i/o checks, setting up ip addresses for vfds, verifying device communications to plc, and performing basic edits to plcs. Responsibilities conduct l1 commissioning at different customer sites on the east coast. Set up ip addresses for vfds. Verify device communications to plc. Perform basic edits to plcs. Qualifications bachelor\'s degree proficiency with rockwell plcs knowledge of vfds and conveyor systems experience with automation and field service additional skills & qualifications experience with hmi familiarity with device communications travel and work schedule travel to customer sites throughout the east coast, following a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule.
