the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring seamless synergy between the company's strategy and client objectives. This includes designing strategies and plans to meet established goals, working closely with commercial areas to achieve objectives, and optimizing costs.
key responsibilities:
* manage profitable accounts and ensure effective cataloging of new products
* improve marginal income through price increases, efficient resource allocation, and optimized distribution
* monitor accounts payable and collaborate with the finance team and clients
* develop and maintain strong customer relationships, securing customer satisfaction and driving overall customer strategy
* generate synergy between marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet key customer needs
* deliver input to sales forecasts and manage assigned sales budgets
* coordinate and lead activities to develop business and build strong relationships with sales and related functions
* develop customer insights and market knowledge, providing information to relevant stakeholders
requirements:
* 4 years of experience as a key account executive
* bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or industrial engineering
* demonstrated experience in key account management in mass food consumption companies
* strong negotiation, analysis, and communication skills
* exceptional customer service skills
* advanced intermediate english
* strategic analysis, financial planning, and commercial acumen
