The Home Delivery Operations Supervisor is responsible for the orchestration and performance of Herbalife’s home delivery service, which represents 10% of total sales across 14 shipping points in Mexico. This role ensures operational excellence through third-party order preparation and parcel delivery providers, aligning with strategic supply chain objectives.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
• Strategic Alignment of Home Delivery Operations
Ensure that home delivery operations are aligned with company´s overall supply chain strategy and customer-focused objectives. Support strategic planning of shipping point locations, service coverage, and operational models that maximize value and efficiency across the network.
• Definition and Governance of Business Rules
Translate corporate policies into actionable business rules that guide decision-making in home delivery. Define and maintain rules for dispatch timing, delivery service levels, customer service protocols, and logistics coordination, ensuring consistency and compliance across all shipping points and vendors.
• Performance Management and Continuous Improvement
Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time dispatch, on-time delivery, delivery within two business days, and customer complaint rates. Analyze performance gaps, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through structured reporting and operational reviews.
• Data, Information, and Technology Enablement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational data, including address validation, shipping codes, delivery frequencies, and vendor information. Support the integration and optimization of multiple systems involved in home delivery, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective decision-making.
• Resource Planning and Skill Development
Identify the knowledge and skill requirements necessary to support home delivery operations. Assess resource availability across internal teams and external partners, support training initiatives, and monitor the effectiveness of skill development programs to ensure operational readiness.
• Contract and Agreement Management
Oversee the lifecycle of contracts and service-level agreements with logistics providers and parcel carriers. Coordinate vendor onboarding, manage billing and provisioning, and ensure contractual compliance. Facilitate regular performance reviews and negotiations with partners.
• Network Design and Optimization
Contribute to the design and optimization of the home delivery network by analyzing the impact of opening or closing shipping points, evaluating route efficiency, and proposing changes that improve service levels and reduce costs. Support scenario modeling and resource planning to enhance network performance.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in last-mile delivery.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and contracts.
• Proficiency in dashboard tools and supply chain systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate- advanced English
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
