who thrives here:
* you've recruited call center reps for 2+ years and understand what makes a sales rep perform vs. fold.
* you treat talent like a pipeline — measured, managed, and optimized
* you've hired sdrs, appointment setters, cold callers, and closers — and know how to filter fast.
* fluent in english and spanish with a proven ability to recruit across latin america and the u.s.
* you're aggressive, persuasive, organized, and don't wait to be told what to do.
what you'll own:
* personally hunt, sell, and close top call center reps and field closers.
* run high-volume sourcing, pre-screens, and interviews across platforms like indeed, linkedin, and cold dms.
* keep the pipeline full so we're never understaffed or scrambling.
* build simple, fast, and scalable recruiting systems.
* track kpis — time to hire, show-up rate, retention, performance — and improve them.
you'll be expected to:
* outsource nothing — you connect with talent directly.
* be the face of nova nrg recruiting and sell the opportunity with confidence and clarity.
* use tools like linkedin navigator, indeed, chatgpt, canva, and other job boards or sourcing platforms.
* deliver weekly reports and hit recruiting targets without excuses.
* help hire future sales reps and managers and scale fast.
