Responsible for identifying the company's development needs in quality aspects, as well as designing and implementing control systems and processes, evaluations, audits, preventive and corrective actions, and quality documentation to maintain the high standards required by the company.
primary responsibilities
1. processes, product audits / control and process evaluation
2. verify audits performed on set-ups, processes, and results.
3. manage product reliability testing, analyze failure results, and provide support to engineering as required.
4. conduct internal quality audits as instructed by the quality manager.
5. participate in the continuous improvement team; perform capability measurement studies and failure analysis.
6. carry out capability studies (process/machine), define process statistical controls, and be responsible for training, implementation, and data analysis.

8. manage the corrective and preventive action program.
9. liaise with customers regarding satisfaction and quality issues.
10. coordinate and supervise root cause analysis teams and review corrective action plans.
11. coordinate and monitor the local preventive action program.

13. prepare and maintain all inspection procedures and specifications assigned.
14. establish written procedures and measurement studies for calibration program information systems.
