*the position*:
the she (safety, health and evironmental) supervisor will report to the project manager and serve as the primary point of contact for safety, health, and environmental issues related to project activities.
this role involves addressing engineering questions, reviewing engineering scopes, interpreting regulatory requirements, and ensuring alignment with site safety expectations.
the she supervisor will collaborate with corporate and project safety leaders to maintain safety standards throughout the project
*what you will do*:
- *accountability 1. She culture*:
- ensure compliance with iggn's and she procedures during the project.
- provide leadership, training, and coaching on safety topics to the project team.
- promote she culture and ensure compliance with safety performance indicators.
- *accountability 2. Contractor supervision*:
- develop programs to engage contractors and minimize risks.
- provide safety training and onboarding to contractors related to project design and construction.
- supervise job permit releases, identify hazards, and mitigate risks.
- oversee contractors to ensure compliance with safety procedures, especially for high-risk activities like working at heights and confined spaces.
- *accountability 3. Safety resources*:
- ensure safety-critical equipment meets legal and organizational requirements.
- *accountability 4 compliance with company policies*:
- comply with and enforce company's responsibilities, authorities, and policies, including iso standards, gmp, code of conduct, she policies, and other safety regulations.
*what you will bring*:
- *level of education & knowledge*:
- bachelor's degree, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineer
- supervision of activities with risk, work at height, confined spaces, maneuvers.
safety training, support in alarm drills.
- *experience in general*:
- at least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing safety preventive measures and practices.
- at least 2 years of experience in personnel and contractors administration and quality knowledge.
- *technical skills*:

- strong communication skills-verbal and written
- familiar with corporate safety programs and policies
- incident investigation skills
- computer skills in microsoft office
