This entry-level professional role is responsible for maintaining accurate, real-time employee data across the full employee lifecycle — from hiring to retirement — and supporting hr reporting and workforce analytics.the role ensures data integrity, timely transaction processing, and accurate hr reporting to enable effective workforce planning and labor cost management across the region.key responsibilities1. Employee lifecycle administrationprocess and maintain hr system updates including:new hire onboarding and employee data setupjob, position, and salary changespromotions and transfersleave of absence updatesterminations and retirementsensure timely and accurate data entry in hris systems.coordinate with local hr and payroll teams to ensure payroll alignment.maintain compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.2. Hr systems & data accuracymaintain real-time accuracy and integrity of employee records.perform routine audits to ensure data consistency.resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with hr and payroll stakeholders.support system updates and process documentation.3. Hr reporting & workforce analyticsprepare and support recurring and ad-hoc reports, including:payroll reportsheadcount and employee movement reportsturnover analysislabor cost reportinglabor cost efficiency analysisworkforce and position trackingprovide data insights to hr leadership to support decision-making.4.
