Job title: account executive support
we are seeking an exceptional professional to support our account owner in delivering top-notch proposals that meet client needs and drive revenue.
the ideal candidate will assist in preparing incoming proposals from new and existing clients by setting up new bids, confirming internal feasibility, managing partner relationships, performing desk research, reviewing past projects for guidance, and evaluating pricing.
responsibilities
* serve as the primary business development administrator within the salesforce environment, handling account, contact, and opportunity maintenance, setup, and approvals.
* import and assign leads and contacts.
* assist the commercial team by researching prospective clients, qualifying potential new clients, and utilizing business acumen to research companies.
* assist with drafting rfp submissions, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents.
* manage insertion orders within third-party and internal sales systems.
* maintain knowledge of products and service offerings.
