- administration and management of employee dismissal process
- validate the calculations of personnel severance payments, including the perceptions and extra deductions as well as the liquidation of benefits based on the guidelines of law and policies.
- validate accounting policies
- control of files of former employees
- prepare payment requests
- carry out mandatory labor certificates by local governments

qualifications:

- knowledge of tax and labor laws
