*we will count on you to*:
- oversee project execution: manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional website compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- drive projects to completion: lead initiatives from inception through to completion, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project objectives.
- report on progress: provide regular updates to senior management on project status, compliance metrics, and any challenges or risks encountered.
- process evaluation: assess existing website processes and workflows to determine their effectiveness and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- propose enhancements: develop and recommend process improvements and technological enhancements to optimize compliance and website performance.
- stakeholder partnership: collaborate with senior stakeholders from legal, marketing, it, products, and other relevant functions to align project goals and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
- understanding of website development: possess a solid understanding of how websites are built, including front-end and back-end components, to facilitate effective communication and project planning.
*what you need to have*:
- proven +5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects, preferably in website development, compliance, or digital marketing.
- strong understanding of website architecture, development processes, and content management systems.
- experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
- demonstrated ability to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations.
- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- advanced level of english is a must
