We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of customer due diligence financial crime
*main responsabilities*:
- ensures cdd procedures and aml/sanctions policy requirements and implemented as intended, with mínimal dispensations or deviations.
- analyses impacts of policy and procedures changes, including training requirements.
- coordinates and writes business requirements in support of policy/procedure changes of to drive effectiveness and efficiency, working with key stakeholders to secure endorsement.
- ensures business teams understand the key components, the supporting technology, alignment with the customer journey and the impact on their individual roles.
- support the creation of a robust bau infrastructure to manage the cdd post deployment.
- engage all key stakeholders and business / technical resources that must participate in the programme delivery initially, and working with the coo office identify the key stakeholders and roles that must participate as the programme moves to bau.
- challenge change requests, taking a pragmatic view of risk versus efficiency/reward.
- seek to minimise the number and frequency of changes to enable embedding and drive stability.
- track dispensations/deviations and resolution of the underlying issues.
- track progress against project plans for changes.
Requirements
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in business, administration or similar.
- knowledge of global regulatory developments within financial services industry, trends and impact on the business.
- internal stakeholders management.
- advanced level of written and verbal english.
- at least 5 years-experienced in kyc role.
