We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
We are looking for a bilingual dynamic and energetic recruiter with a minimum of 1 yr exp in recruiting IT roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide talent acquisition sourcing and hiring support for IT roles.
- Utilize basic principles of talent acquisition to source, screen and advise on candidates.
- Apply basic project management skills to recruitment projects and timelines.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and business ethics in all recruiting activities.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of principles and practices related to talent acquisition sourcing and hiring.
- Good knowledge of HRIS, PC software and spreadsheet applications.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of local employment laws and recent practice of compliance activities related to talent acquisition.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Good interview skills, sourcing skills and advisory skills.
